Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 15 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at lifestyle@qobuz.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lifestyle@qobuz.com.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
